Subject: A Classic of Chinese Cinema & look at Maoism Affects in the Arts
An interesting combination of of traditional Chinese opera with Communist-Marxist political discourse, as well as a compelling (if not somewhat over dramatic)characters.

A good study for students of cinema, Chinese history, or socio-political studies.
